Created using a skillful mix of traditional intaglio methods, this print began with Chihuly drawing on a metal plate with inky sugar water. Soft ground and aquatint processes were then employed in combination with Chihuly’s dynamic color choices, bringing the artist’s beautiful imagery to life.
